Botox &

Dysport

The doctor cosmetologist makes the rejuvenating facial injections procedure for tightening

Botox and Dysport are both brand name products that are considered neuromodulators. These products work by inhibiting muscle contraction and as a result softening fine lines and wrinkles. These products typically reduce muscle contraction in the forehead, crow’s feet area and between the eyebrows and also have some lower face uses.

Typical treatments take 5-15 minutes and results are seen within 5-14 days. Immediately post-treatment, patients are advised to remain upright for 3 hours and avoid any strenuous activity until the following day.

There is minimal discomfort associated with the treatment and patients typically return for their next treatment within 3-4 months.

Medical providers choose the appropriate amount of Botox or Dysport units needed to achieve the desired outcome. Consultations are required prior to treatment. A $100 consultation fee is due at the time of booking and may be applied to any treatment scheduled within 2 months of the consultation. Treatments may be offered the same day as the consultation.

Juvéderm &

Restylane fillers

Restylane Dermal Fillers are hyaluronic fillers that are used to add volume to areas such as the lips and cheeks and to fill in fine lines near the mouth. These reversible gels are synthetically created gels made of a sugar that is naturally occurring in our own skin. Results appear natural with a hydrated, plump appearance.

Treatments typically take 20-45 minutes and may take one or multiple syringes to achieve the desired result. Results are typically seen immediately with mild swelling also present. Optimal results are typically seen 2-3 weeks post-treatment.

There is minimal discomfort associated with the treatment and patients are offered distraction and comfort techniques.

Medical providers choose the appropriate Restylane Filler for each patient based on location and desired outcome. Consultations are required prior to treatment. A $100 consultation fee is due at the time of booking and may be applied to any treatment scheduled within 2 months of the consultation.

Sculptra Aesthetic

Cosmetologist makes lipolytic injections to burn fat on the chin, cheeks and neck of a wom

Sculptra is a biostimulator that signals the body to produce its own collagen. It causes new collagen growth which helps reshape areas of the face with wrinkles and volume loss. It is used in patients with a healthy immune system who have multiple areas of volume loss in their face.

Results from Sculptra are natural-appearing and generally take 4-6 months to be most noticeable. Patients often need an initial “corrective” series of treatments then enter a “maintenance” phase where treatments are further spaced apart and less product is needed to maintain a youthful glow.

Treatments typically take 30-45 minutes and may require one of more vials of Sculptra to achieve the desired result. There is minimal discomfort associated with the treatment and patients are offered distraction and comfort techniques.

Medical providers choose the appropriate quantity of Sculptra needed to achieve the desired outcome. Consultations are required prior to treatment. A $100 consultation fee is due at the time of booking and may be applied to any treatment scheduled within 2 months of the consultation.

Coolsculpting

Coolsculpting is a noninvasive, fat-freezing technique that is FDA approved in 9 different body areas. It is used to treat stubborn areas of fat that do not resolve with diet and exercise.

Treatments typically take 1-3 hours and often 2 treatment sessions are needed to achieve the desired result.

There is minimal discomfort associated with the treatment and no “down time.” Treatments are typically spaced 30-90 days apart.

Sara Timko, PA-C, is a graduate of Coolsculpting University’s “Train the Trainer Master Program”, and has performed and trained medical staff on hundreds of treatments.
